Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Certain items are non-returnable, such as items purchased on clearance or as part of a promotional sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account or payment method.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@zehnwipes.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@zehnwipes.com to start the exchange process.

Shipping for Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our customer service team after contacting us.

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
